The Select Board approved bank account reconciliations. A PA-7 Intent to Cut for R16-2 was reviewed, approved, and signed. The board reviewed the PA-8, signing the certification and warrant for Operation #25-129-02-T. A Town Hall Rental Application for September 12, 2026, was reviewed and approved. Liz Emerson announced a L-Chip site visit is scheduled for July 23, requiring at least one board member. Emerson will also work on a trails plan, contact a forester, and pursue the Moose Plate Grant. Regarding the Cemetery, Joshua Ewalt moved to allow up to four cremains per lot, seconded by Eric Demers; the vote passed unanimously. Town of Dummer Select Board Meeting Minutes June 23, 2026 at 6:15 pm In Attendance: Eric Demers, Joshua Ewalt, Liz Emerson, Melissa Boynton, Tammi Dube Call to Order: Acting Chairman Demers called the meeting to order at 6:15 pm. Pledge of Allegiance: All present stood and recited the Pledge of Allegiance. Review/Discuss/Sign: Invoices and Checks Old Business Safe Door: The board will discuss this issue when the full board is available. New Business Bank Account Reconciliations: The board reviewed, approved and signed the Bank Account Reconciliations. PA-7 Intent to Cut: The board reviewed, approved and signed A PA-7 Intent to Cut for R16-2. PA-8 Report of Wood Cut: The board reviewed the PA-8 and signed the certification and warrant for Operation #25-129-02-T. Town Hall Rental Agreement: The board reviewed and approved a Town Hall Rental Application for September 12, 2026. Trustee of Trust Funds: The board will discuss this issue when the full board is available. Cemetery © Joshua Ewalt made a motion to allow up to four cremains per cemetery lot. Eric Demers seconded.
