The Somersworth Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 
7:00 p.m., in Council Chambers at City Hall, One Government Way. The agenda is as follows:

Approval of the minutes of July 9, 2026

OLD BUSINESS 
a. Any other old business that may come before the Board. 
 
3) 
NEW BUSINESS 
a. Seton Foundation is seeking a Variance from Table 4.A.6 and Section 19.33.D.1&F.3 
to allow ground mounted solar trackers that exceed the 15’ height restriction on a 
property located at 255 Route 108, in the Commercial/Industrial (CI) District, Map 
46 Lot 4C, ZBA#06-2026. PUBLIC HEARING 
 
b. 385 Route 16 Realty Corp. is seeking a Variance from Table 4.A.6 and Section 
19.33.D.1&F.3. to allow ground mounted solar trackers that exceed the 15’ height 
restriction   on a property located at 385 Route 108, in the Commercial/Industrial (CI) 
District, Map 57 Lot 02, ZBA#07-2026. PUBLIC HEARING 
 
c. Eric Knowles is seeking a Variance from Table 5.A.1 to allow a porch and ramp within 
the 25’ front yard setback on a property located at 5 Pinkham Avenue, in the 
Residential/Single Family (R1) District, Map 24 Lot 13, ZBA#08-2026. PUBLIC

d. Any other new business that may come before the Board.
