The Select Board approved Rick Ferrar as a full 2-year member of the HDC, term expiring May 31, 2028, and appointed Nolan Godfrey as Health Officer for a 3-year term expiring September 1, 2029. The board approved minutes from August 18, 2026. Financial approvals included a payroll manifest of $12,033.21 dated August 26, a second payroll of $52,381.64 dated August 27, and accounts payable of $40,398.53 dated August 27. The board discussed DPW propane tanks and pine tree removal at the Rec Center, set hours for the September 8, 2026 NH State Primary Election, and addressed the 2026 Avitar 5-Year Cyclical Revaluation notices, PFPOPE, and a Revised Donation Policy. The Town Hall Committee provided an update. A non-public session was held under RSA 91-A:3, and the next meeting is scheduled for September 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
