SPEAKER_2 called the meeting to order. Commissioners reviewed and approved minutes from the March 3, 2026 session. The agenda prioritized preparations for the March 28 Annual Meeting at Rye Junior High School, including warrant handouts and presentations. The Commission addressed the odd-even irrigation schedule and developed outreach materials covering new rates, billing, and drought information. Key financial matters involved the 3M PFAS Settlement funds. Technical discussions focused on meetings with regulators and consultants regarding the West Road Well site and Coakley Landfill, specifically reviewing a map of proposed monitoring locations for pump testing.
