Chairman Dube called the September 15, 2026 Select Board meeting to order at 6:15 pm. The board reviewed, signed, and approved bank account reconciliations. They approved a Town Hall Rental Agreement for October 15. Regarding the French Drain proposals, none were received; the board decided to discuss adding this project to the Road Agent’s duties next summer. The board reviewed SMTT Interrogatories Responses, and Judy is gathering safe door and document storage information. Administrative items scheduled the next Select Board meeting for September 29, 2026 at 6:15 pm, the Planning Board meeting for October 14 at 6:00 pm, and JLMC meetings on December 8. Town of Dummer Select Board Meeting Minutes September 15, 2026 at 6:15 pm In Attendance: Gary Dube, Eric Demers, Joshua Ewalt, Roland Sanschagrin, Andrew Bisson, Mark Patry, Tammi Dube Call to Order: Chairman Dube called the meeting to order at 6:15 pm. Pledge of Allegiance: All present stood and recited the Pledge of Allegiance. Review/Discuss/Sign: Invoices and Checks Road Agent: ¢ The board discussed the Road Agent position with interested parties and answered questions about expectations and duties. Old Business e Safe Door/Document Storage: Judy is compiling information. ¢ French Drain Proposals: No proposals were received, the board will discuss adding this project to the Road Agent’s duties for next summer. e SMTT Interrogatories Responses: The board has reviewed the responses. New Business e Bank Account Reconciliation Review: The board reviewed and signed the bank account reconciliations. ¢ Town Hall Rental Agreement: The board reviewed and approved a Town Hall Rental Agreement for October 15.
