The Planning Board addressed several applications. For Riverwoods Phase II at Stone Quarry Drive, a request concerned modifying an approved site plan to add fiber optic lines and waive rules regarding above-ground utilities within the road right-of-way. The 73 Piscataqua Road subdivision formal application proposed a 3-lot subdivision and new private road construction on a 20-acre lot. The board recommended acceptance as complete and setting a public hearing for September 23. The 4 Smith Park Lane preliminary design review proposed a 3-lot subdivision of a half-acre lot. A public hearing was recommended for September 23. The public hearing for 121 Technology Drive involved a site plan for two light industrial buildings totaling 324,000 square feet with 450 parking spaces, requiring a conditional use permit for wetland buffer activity. The board recommended continuing discussion to September 23 or October 14. Conceptual renovation plans for the Churchill Rink and Community Center were presented. The next meeting is scheduled for September 23, 2026. Source: https://www.durhamnh.gov/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Agenda/_09092026-405
