Selectmen will vote on deeding six tax arrears properties: Blackman (Map 230 Lot 082-048), Colcord (Map 117 Lot 047-000), EOR Realty (Map 242 Lot 012-000), Jobin (Map 108 Lot 081-000), Kimel (Map 230 Lot 082-008), and Kreigbaum (Map 234 Lot 032-000). A vote is scheduled for the Library Energy Project. Selectmen will discuss the 2027 budget to provide guidance. An update on the 2025 Audit is planned. Appointments include a 6:15 PM Public Hearing on the Breezeland Cable Franchise, Lt. Stagg at 6:30 PM regarding Officer Retention, and Hal Kreider at 7:00 PM for the Public Safety Facilities Committee. Selectmen will address the SRPC vacancy and noted correspondence including a State Education Warrant, filed MS-434, completed cemetery repairs, and a logged complaint.
