The East Kingston Board of Selectmen held the second public hearing regarding the proposed donation of the 12-acre Henshaw Lot #4 on Robin Lane. Board members present were Joseph Cacciatore, Matthew Freeman, and Edward Warren, with Town Administrator Grace Ruelle and Conservation Commission member Vicki Brown in attendance. No public comments or questions were offered. A vote on the land acceptance will occur at the next regular meeting on September 28, 2026, at 6:30 PM at Pound School. DRAFT – NOT YET APPROVED Town of East Kingston Selectmen Meeting Minutes – September 21, 2026 Page 1 of 1 TOWN OF EAST KINGSTON BOARD OF SELECTMEN 1 PUBLIC HEARING #2 ON DONATION OF LAND MEETING MINUTES 2 September 21, 2026 3 Pound School 41 Depot Road East Kingston, New Hampshire 6:00PM Joseph Cacciatore, Chairman Matthew Freeman Edward Warren In compliance with RSA 41:14-a, the East Kingston Board of Selectmen shall hold public hearings on September 14, 4 2026 and September 21, 2026 to solicit comments regarding the proposed acceptance of a gift of a 12-acre parcel 5 identified as the Henshaw Lot #4 located at the end of Robin Lane. A vote shall take place no sooner than 7 days or 6 later than 14 days after the second public hearing is held. This is hearing number two. 7 Board Members present: Joseph Cacciatore – Chairman, Matthew Freeman and Edward Warren. 8 Others Present: Town Administrator Grace Ruelle and Conservation Commission member Vicki Brown. 9 Mr. Cacciatore opened the public hearing at 6:00 pm with the roll call. He announced this was the second of two public 10 hearings necessary for the board to consider accepting this land gift. 11 He opened the floor to questions or comments from board members. There were none. 12 He opened the floor to questions or comments from the public. 13 Conservation Commission member Vicki Brown stated she had no additional information to provide since the last 14 hearing but was willing to field questions from the board should they have any. 15 Although there were no further questions or comments, Chairman Cacciatore kept the public hearing open for ten 16 additional minutes to allow for the possibility of late arrivals to the hearing. There were no other arrivals. 17 It was also noted that official board action on this gift (donation) of land would take place at the board’s next regularly 18 scheduled meeting on September 28, 2026. That meeting begins at 6:30pm and will be held at the Pound School. 19 MOTION: Chairman Cacciatore motioned to close the public hearing; seconded by Mr. Freeman.
