Master Plan Committee June 16, 2026 (pdf)Download

The Master Plan Committee met to review Planning Board suggestions regarding Transportation, Current Use, and Current Use Recreation. John Harris presented printing estimates for 65-page booklets: 50 copies cost approximately \$5 each, while 100 copies cost approximately \$4 each. The committee agreed to print no more than 100 copies since the plan will be available on the Town website. Alan Bell will generate survey data and create a QR code for public access; survey questions will appear in the booklet, but the raw data will not. The committee decided to omit Appendix C History. The next meeting date is pending the creation of the QR code, Planning Board approval, and finalization of the land constraints map. April Ferguson motioned to adjourn, seconded by Alan Bell, and the meeting ended at 7:00 PM.
