SPEAKER_1 called the meeting to order. The board reviewed and approved the July regular meeting minutes. Financial items presented included check details, electronic transactions, wastewater disbursements, and a water storage repair/replacement disbursement request. The board processed documents for signatures, including the RD-2016 Transfer Sheet and a State of NH ACH Enrollment Form. New user agreements were approved for Scheid, Beautiful Sun Revocable Trust, Hardiman, Campbell Living Trusts, and Dijanimi LLC. The board reviewed inquiries regarding a deck at 107 Intervale and a sauna/hot tub at 26 East Branch Rd, and responded to letters from residents at 5 Beechwoods and from the Town of Bartlett regarding 33 Kristen Ln and 76 NH rt 16A.
