The Salisbury Selectmen approved draft minutes for August 31st and September 2nd, and approved an amendment to the August 19th minutes. The board accepted a salt quote from Eastern Minerals at $89 per ton, reduced from a previous $95 price. Selectmen approved Dredge & Fill Wetlands Permit Application #2026-01411 for Warner Road. The Board reviewed accounts payable and payroll registers available for public inspection, signed the Summary Inventory of Valuation (MS-1), and engaged Fuss & O’Neill for the 2027 Engineering Contract. Updates noted the Transfer Station requires a Square Reader, terminal, cameras, and attention to metal piles and tires. Several committees reported recent meetings, including Energy, Zoning, and Budget. The board held a Non-Public Session under RSA 91-A:3,II (a) and (b).
