The Selectmen met monthly from January through April 2026. On January 15, the board unanimously adopted an updated personnel handbook. January 29 included a property abatement settlement approval and budget review. The Town budget hearing was held February 12 from 7:00 to 7:30pm. February 26 saw the approval of a septic design and preparations for Town Meeting. On March 12, a septic plan was placed on hold because the new building area is in current use, and a letter was sent to the owners. On March 26, the board signed intent to cut forms, oath of office forms, and appointment forms, while reviewing a failed septic grandfathering request. On April 2, a police department grant was approved, and a second septic request was denied. April 9 included the approval of the Plymouth Ambulance Service Agreement and a detailed finance review showing the highway budget increased 35% due to winter maintenance.
