The Select Board approved paying $500 to the Conservation Commission as authorized by town meeting. Joshua Ewalt made a motion to pay the funds, seconded by Eric Demers, with all voting in favor. The Board also approved naming Joshua Ewalt as an additional signer on the Conservation Commission account alongside the Treasurer. Ewalt recused himself from this vote; all others voted in favor. The Board reviewed and approved the sale of two cemetery plots and signed the deed. Regarding Blake Road, attendees from Wagner Forest Management and Weyerhaeuser agreed to communicate better regarding enforcement of the road ban. Judy is gathering information on safe door and document storage options to report later. The Board scheduled the next Select Board meeting for Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 6:15 pm. Town of Dummer Select Board Meeting Minutes August 4, 2026 at 6:15 pm In Attendance: Gary Dube, Eric Demers, Joshua Ewalt, Andy Daigle, Dummer Conservation Commission (Chris Holt, Liz Emerson & Melissa Boynton), Scott Rineer — Wagner Forest Management, Tom Carney, Nathan Edwards — Weyerhaeuser, Tammi Dube Call to Order: Chairman Dube called the meeting to order at 6:15 pm. Pledge of Allegiance: All present stood and recited the Pledge of Allegiance. Review/Discuss/Sign: Invoices and Checks Scheduled Visitors: e Scott Rineer - Wagner, Nathan Edwards — Weyerhaeuser © Scott, Nathan and Tom attended the meeting to continue the discussion about Blake Road. Enforcement of the road ban is the biggest issue. All parties agreed to communicate as best they can. Some of the bigger outfits have it written in their contracts to respect all road bans. e Andy Daigle, Conservation Commission o Andy attended the meeting to discuss the possible purchase of his land on Hill Road with the Select Board and the Conservation Commission. Old Business ¢ Safe Door/Document Storage: Judy is working on gathering information and will report to the board. e Discovery Requests, SMTT: The board reviewed correspondence from the town’s attorney and discussed some of the questions. New Business e Conservation Commission Funding/Signers o Joshua Ewalt made a motion to pay the $500 to the Conservation Commission that was approved at town meeting. Eric Demers seconded. There were minor corrections to the minutes requested by the board. Chairman Dube announced that the minutes stand approved and the approved minutes were signed.
