BOARD OF SELECTMEN’S MEETING MINUTES September 8, 2026 Marlborough School Chairman Paight called the meeting to order at 8:00 am when polls opened for the State Primary. Selectman Parker was also in attendance. At 11:00 am, Ellen Smith, Town Administrator, joined the meeting. Chairman Paight moved to approve the September 10, 2026, Payroll Warrant in the amount of $17,941.35, seconded by Selectman Parker. The vote to approve was unanimous. Chairman Paight moved to approve the September 1, 2026, meeting minutes, seconded by Selectman Parker. The vote to approve was unanimous. The board reviewed and signed the Building, Electrical & Plumbing Permit Application – Map 03-050. TA Smith brought information on replacements for the copier at the Town Office for the board to consider. Regular weekly business ended at 11:30 am. The board remained at the school until the conclusion of voting.
