Regarding the Keyes Hollow RFP, Gregg noted the town received one response for a functional assessment, and Kathi supported utilizing it due to grant funding, while Connecticut River Conservancy has interest in the alternative analysis. The Board approved a demolition permit for G&C Sielicki contingent on proof of septic pump, scheduled for July 15; demolition starts July 20. A building permit for Aces Woodman Liv Trust was referred to the ZBA for a special exception due to nonconforming deck setbacks. A response letter regarding a tire damage claim was approved. STAFF PRESENT: Charlotte Comeau, Town Administrator; Jennifer Bland, HO/EMD/Hwy AA

CALL TO ORDER: Kathi called the meeting to order at 6:30.
MINUTES: On a motion by Ryanne, seconded by Katy; the Board voted to approve. Passed.
BILL MANIFEST: On a motion by Ryanne, seconded by Katy; the Board voted to approve and sign. Passed.
PAYROLL MANIFEST: On a motion by Ryanne, seconded by Katy; the Board voted to approve and sign. Passed.
HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT:

o Pothole patching work continued on CPR. Once finished heading to Heino then Gove Rds.

PLANNING BOARD: None
CONSERVATION COMMISSION: Gregg gave an update on the Keyes Hollow RFP status. One was to hire a biologist for a
functional assessment and the other for a biologist to do an alternative analysis based on the functional assessment.
Did not get much on the first go around, they extended the time and received only one response to the functional
assessment only. Connecticut River Conservancy has someone that is interested in the other assessment. Kathi
mentioned that even though there was one response, it would be in the town’s best interest to take advantage to the
response due to the grant funding.
PUBLIC: None
ACTION ITEMS:
Demo Permit: G&C Sielicki M201 L105. The septic pump is scheduled for the 15th and demo will start on the 20th. On a
motion by Ryanne, seconded by Katy; the Board voted to approve and sign contingent on receiving proof of septic
pump. Passed.
Building permits: Aces Woodman Liv Trust M201 L90. Kathi mentioned that per the zoning ordinance it is
nonconforming. On a motion by Kathi, seconded by Katy; the Board voted to refer this to ZBA under Article IX Section
C for a special exception as setbacks on one side for the deck is less than the 20’ requirement. Passed.
Response letter to tire damage claim: On a motion by Katy, seconded by Ryanne; the Board voted to approve and sign.
Passed.
