Planning Board Meeting
The Planning Board reviewed previous meeting minutes and correspondence. A Planned Commercial Development application for Map R7 Lot 11-1 by Whitetail Enterprises LLC, represented by Tim Foley, was scheduled for discussion. The board also held a session regarding zoning regulation changes with the Zoning Board, noting a quorum of the Selectboard would be present but no official business transacted. Unfinished business items included CIP procedures, applications review, the Planning Board case list, Planning Board procedures, and the Master Plan. The meeting adjourned at 8:30 pm.
