HEBRON ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING AND HEARING AGENDA September 8, 2026 6:00 PM You are hereby notified that the Town of Hebron Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) will meet at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, in the second-floor meeting room of the Hebron Town Office located at 7 School Street, Hebron, NH to address the following: 1. Discuss and approve minutes of prior meetings and other administrative matters. 2. Continuation of the Hearing for Case #312 to hear the application for a Variance under Article IV, Section H.1of the Hebron Zoning ordinance by Dana & Karen Ruzicka, 75 Skyline Drive (Tax Map 18, Lot 30-24) to construct a free standing shed 24’x14’x12’. Proposed shed to be located within the 50’ setback of Skyline Drive. 3. Hear the application for a Special Exception under Article IV, Section O paragraph (1) of the Hebron Zoning Ordinance by David R. & Mavis R. Brittelli, 37 Braley Road (Tax Map 16, Lot 2) to allow one proposed residential lot to be served by a private drive or a shared common driveway to said lot with no road frontage. The remaining lot will have a conservation easement, reserving out the existing house area along the Cockermouth River conserving +- 225 acres. Case #313 4. Hear the application for a Special Exception under Article IV, Section S paragraph (1) of the Hebron Zoning Ordinance by Brett & Laura Dobens, 49 Lakeshore Drive (Tax Map 17A, Lot 10-2) to install an eight-foot privacy fence along the property line with the Town of Hebron Beach.
