The proposed site will include drainage with infiltration basin, private well and a septic system. 2. Map 2 Lot 141 and 141-1 Montana Realty Trust Lot Merger and Subdivision – This case has been continued to September 2, 2026. Montana Realty Trust has submitted a Lot Merger Request to consolidate Map 2 Lots 141 and 141-1 and subsequently subdivide the lot into 4 lots, each with private well and septic.
