Planning Board Meeting
On September 14, 2026, the Greenfield Planning Board convened its regular scheduled meeting. The agenda was previously updated on September 13, 2026 by Jim Fletcher. The meeting began at 6:30 pm on the second floor of the Town Offices with the approval of previous meeting minutes and the reading of correspondence from other boards and committees. Specific reviews were scheduled for two applicants: Michael Crombie of 4 Peaks Farm LLC regarding Map R2 Lot 12-1, and Roger Ploof, Steven Ploof, and Marcus Dube acting as agents for Thomas Rosswag regarding Map R1 Lot 12-1. The board also addressed unfinished business items including Zoning Ordinance Changes, the Master Plan, and the EDAC sub-committee. The meeting adjourned at 8:15 pm.
