The Somersworth Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 7:00 
p.m., in Council Chambers at City Hall, One Government Way. The agenda is as follows:

Approval of the minutes of September 2nd, 2026 
 
2) 
OLD BUSINESS 
a. (CONTINUED FROM SEPTEMBER 2, 2026) Seton Foundation is seeking a 
Variance from Table 4.A.6 and Section 19.33.D.1&F.3 to allow ground mounted solar 
trackers that exceed the 15’ height restriction on a property located at 255 Route 108, 
in the Commercial/Industrial (CI) District, Map 46 Lot 4C, ZBA#06-2026. PUBLIC 
HEARING 
 
b. (CONTINUED FROM SEPTEMBER 2, 2026) 385 Route 16 Realty Corp. is 
seeking a Variance from Table 4.A.6 and Section 19.33.D.1&F.3. to allow ground 
mounted solar trackers that exceed the 15’ height restriction   on a property located at 
385 Route 108, in the Commercial/Industrial (CI) District, Map 57 Lot 02, ZBA#07-
2026. PUBLIC HEARING 
 
c. Any other old business that may come before the Board.

NEW BUSINESS 
a. Black Diamond Trail, LLC is seeking an Appeal from an Administrative Decision 
dated August 13, 2026 related to a non-conforming commercial use on a property 
located at 160 Green Street, in the Residential Multi-Family (R3) District, Map 09 Lot 
142, ZBA#09-2026. PUBLIC HEARING 
 
b. Any other new business that may come before the Board.

during regular business hours.  It is the policy of the Board not to take up any new business after 10:00 p.m. and to adjourn
