Those present: Allan Hebb and William McKee Commissioners, Jane Hebb, Acting Clerk and
Treasurer

The monthly meeting started at 7:00 PM.
The minutes of the August and September monthly meetings were read and approved.

There the 6 hour pump test from Edgewater Strategies and Gilford Well was done.
There was no actual pump test done on the water. Copies of the test results had been given to
the Commissioners.

Jane has been working on the lead and copper spreadsheet that Hazen and Sawyer has for each
connection, Josh from Granite State Rural Water is coming up 10/15 to help her put the last of
the information in the spreadsheet.

Jane did not bring the draft copy of the audit. She will print out the Management Representation
letter for the Commissioners to sign next month.

Next months meeting will be the second Tuesday of November, 11/12.

Jane will ask Granite State Rural Water about their ideas on phone converge for the pumps since
the phone bill is so high. She will also send them copies of the bylaws, rules and regulations
and application for them to review before she sends them to the lawyer.

The Permit to Operate for this year has been sent to DES. When Jane talked to DES about the
51 number of users on the permit to operate, she said this could be increased because the
documentation when the new system was done proved that there was enough water for more
users. We need to add 6 more lines to the permit to operate to cover the connections on the main
line that are not being used at the present time. They are 2 connections for the O’Donnell barn,
Jeffrey Hebb, West Cemetery, and 2 that are disconnected, Stimson and the white house at the
Pastures.

Jane and Bill have been adding 911 addresses to original books of the diagrams of the system.
Jane and Bill have identified the missing ones but Jane has not had time to add it to the books.

Granite State Rural Water also suggested that we add a commercial hook up rate to our Rules
and Regulations.

MS-434 has been uploaded into the Revenue Administration website.

The chlorinator blew another cap. Gilford Well had to come up and fix it. They cannot get
parts for the chlorinator. Josh Worthern suggested that we look for other heads for the it. He is
researching them for us.

Milton Cat serviced the generator on 10/3. Jane was given permission to pay the bill when it is
received.

The Commissioners approved the request from Mr. Castel for 14 2 bedroom apartments at 485
NH Route 10. Jane will notify the lawyers. The pump test showed that there was enough water
for the apartments.

Meeting adjourned at 7:40PM

Respectfully submitted,

Jane Hebb,
Acting Clerk
