2025 annnual meeting 03.31.2025
The Gunstock Acres Village Water District Annual Meeting began at 5:30 pm with officers present. Joe Geraci nominated Howard Epstein for a three-year Water Commissioner term, seconded by Kurt Houston, and all commissioners voted yes. Howard Epstein nominated Ryan Geraci for a three-year Commissioner term, seconded by Joe Geraci, passed unanimously. Ryan Geraci nominated Rich Haidul for a two-year Moderator term, seconded by Howard Epstein, passed unanimously. Joe Geraci nominated Ryan Geraci for a one-year Clerk term, seconded by Howard Epstein, passed unanimously. Howard Epstein nominated Karen Goss for a one-year Treasurer term, seconded by Joe Geraci, passed unanimously. Joe Geraci moved to authorize an $804,269 operating budget, seconded by Ryan Geraci, voted unanimously. For Article 3, the District voted to adopt RSA 31:105 to hold commissioners harmless from personal loss or legal expenses, seconded by Howard Epstein, passing unanimously. A motion to approve a $5,970 invoice from ICS for PLC work in pump station 3 was made, seconded by Ryan Geraci, and approved unanimously. Nomination for3 year term of Water commissioner. Joe Geraci nominated Howard Epstein, 2" by Kurt Houston, unanimously all commissioners voted yes. 2. Nomination for 2"4 commissioner for a 3 year term ,Howard Epstein nominated Ryan Geraci 2™ by Joe Geraci Unanimously all 3. Nomination for a moderator for a 2 year term. Ryan Geraci nominated Rich Haidul second by Howard Epstein passed unanimously. 4. Nomination for clerk for 1 year term joe Geraci nominated Ryan Geraci 2") by Howard Epstein passed unanimously. 5. Motion made by Joe Geraci to authorize the gunstock Acres Village water district to approve 804,269 for its operating budget. 2"¢ by Ryan Geraci voted unanimously. 7. Article 3 to see if the Gunstock village water district will vote to adopt pursuant to RSA 31:105 to hold harmless the commissioners from personal loss, damage or all expenses including legal fees while performing their duties while in office. 24 by Howard Epstein.
