Conservation Commission Agenda

The Amherst Conservation Commission reviewed the September 10 minutes. Regarding Workforce Housing on Old Nashua Road, the town held an early concept discussion for developing affordable housing for employees. For case PZ19991-090225, LaBelle Winery requested Design Review for a non-residential site plan for eighteen workforce housing units on Camp Road within the 250-foot protected shoreland of Baboosic Brook. In case PZ19992-090225, Tony Yakovakis applied for a Final Subdivision at 39 Juniper Drive & North Street to adjust a common lot line and subdivide the remaining lot into two residential lots; construction of access for the reduced frontage lot requires a Conditional Use Permit. The Commission scheduled a Non-Public Session per RSA 91-A:3, II(d) to consider real estate acquisitions, sales, or leases.
