Commissioners Mark Graffam, Nancy Cole, and Wooda McNiven met at Wooda’s house to prepare the Granite State Clean Fleets application and supplemental documents. The meeting location changed from the VDOE Office to focus without distractions, including issues noted in sealed non-public minutes. The Commissioners contacted Samantha Bevier at NHDES to obtain guidance on required submissions. During the meeting, VDOE Administrator Jennifer Scully called to locate the Commissioners; Wooda informed her of the work session and initially planned a 3:00pm return to the office, which the Commissioners ultimately determined was unnecessary. Minutes of VDOE Commissioners Meeting Thursday, February 12th 1:15pm Commissioners Mark Graffam, Nancy Cole and Wooda McNiven convened at Wooda’s house to work on the Granite State Clean Fleets application, supplemental documents. The reason this meeting was moved to Wooda’s house versus the VDOE Office where it was originally scheduled to be held was because the Commissioners needed to focus on this process without the distractions from normal office business. Also because of reasons and issues reported in non-public sealed minutes that cannot be discussed at present time. As part of this process, the Commissioners contacted Samantha Bevier at NHDES to get answers and additional information regarding the required supplemental documents, which provided the needed guidance to continue work the required submissions in order to get them submitted on time. In the middle of this meeting, VDOE Administrator, Jennifer Scully, called to inquire where the Commissioners were. Wooda informed her about the work on the GSCF application and the need to focus exclusively on that without distraction. Wooda also informed her that the Commissioners planned to be at the office at or about 3:00pm, which later was decided by the Commissioners as not needed this day. The meeting adjourned at 3:30pm.
