The Lempster School Board entered non-public session under RSA 91-A:3II (c) at 7:02 pm by a 5-0 roll call vote to discuss administrative compensation. Kelly Caron, Jim Grenier, Jillian Thomas, and Norma Proper voted yes; Bruce Cragin voted yes. The board returned to public session under RSA 91-A:3II(b) at 7:10 pm, passing the motion 5-0. Lempster School Board Non-Public Minutes June 4, 2020 Non Public Session In attendance –Jim Grenier, Kelly Caron, Jillian Thomas, and Norma Proper, and Bruce Cragin (online), Board members and Michele Munson and Ralph Peterson Jillian Thomas made a motion to go into Non-Public Session under RSA 91-A:3II (c) at 7:02 pm, second by Norma Proper. Kelly Caron did a roll call vote- Kelly Caron -yes, Jim Grenier –yes; Jillian Thomas-yes; Norma Proper – yes; and Bruce -yes. The Board discussed administrative compensation. At 7:10p.m. Jim Grenier moved and Norma Proper seconded the motion to come out of non- public session under RSA 91-A:3II(b) Kelly Caron did a roll call vote: Jim Grenier – yes; Kelly Caron – yes; and Jillian Thomas – yes; Norma Proper – yes, Bruce Cragin- yes.
