June 2, 2026 Non-Public(b)
The School Board unanimously accepted the superintendent's nominations for Grace Garry, Linda Shepard, Staci Willbarger, and Kelly Penna as public employees. The motion passed with a vote of 10.563 in favor and 2.437 abstaining. The board was notified that Amy Chaput has been appointed as the new Administrative Assistant for Monadnock Regional Middle High School. Following these personnel matters, Kristen Noonan moved to exit Non-Public Session (b) and enter Non-Public Session (c), seconded by Melissa Diven. This procedural motion passed with an identical tally of 10.563 votes in favor and 2.437 abstentions, allowing the board to proceed to the next non-public agenda item. Melissa Diven. Absent: Gina Carraro, Betty Tatro and unassigned from Fitzwilliam.
Administration Present: J. Rathbun, Superintendent and L. Spencer, Assistant
Superintendent.

employee:
Issue #1: MOTION: C.Pierce MOVED to accept the following nominations for Grace
Garry, Linda Shepard, Staci Willbarger and Kelly Penna as presented by the Superintendent.
SECOND: H.Blood. VOTE: 10.563/0/0/2.437. Motion passes.
Issue #2: Notification: Amy Chaput is the new Administrative Assistant for the MRMHS.
MOTION: K. Noonan MOVED to leave Non-Public Session (b) and enter into Non-
Public(c). SECOND: M. Diven VOTE: 10.563/0/0/2.437. Motion passes.
