The Lempster School Board entered Non-Public Session on May 7, 2020, at 7:14 pm via a motion by Norma Proper, seconded by Jillian Thomas. The 5-0 roll call vote included affirmative votes from Kelly Caron, Jim Grenier, Jillian Thomas, Norma Proper, and Bruce Cragin, citing RSA 91-A:3II (c). The Board discussed a pending contract. Jim Grenier moved to exit Non-Public Session at 7:26 pm under RSA 91-A:3II(b), seconded by Norma Proper. The motion passed 5-0 via roll call. Superintendent Munson was directed to send materials to Board members. The meeting adjourned at 7:27 pm on a motion by Jim Grenier and Jillian Thomas, passing 5-0. Lempster School Board Non-Public Minutes May 7, 2020 Non Public Session In attendance –Jim Grenier, Kelly Caron, Jillian Thomas, and Norma Proper, and Bruce Cragin, Board members and Michele Munson and Ralph Peterson Norma Proper made a motion to go into Non-Public Session under RSA 91-A:3II (c) at 7:14 pm, second by Jillian Thomas. Kelly Caron did a roll call vote- Kelly Caron -yes, Jim Grenier –yes; Jillian Thomas-yes; Norma Proper – yes; and Bruce -yes. The Board discussed a pending contract. At 7:26 p.m. Jim Grenier moved and Norma Proper seconded the motion to come out of non- public session under RSA 91-A:3II(b) Kelly Caron did a roll call vote: Jim Grenier – yes; Kelly Caron – yes; and Jillian Thomas – yes; Norma Proper – yes, Bruce Cragin- yes. Superintendent Munson was directed to send out materials to Board members. At 7:27p.m. Jim Grenier moved and Jillian Thomas seconded the motion to adjourn seconded the motion to adjourn.
