The Derry Conservation Commission acknowledged the January 12, 2026 minutes for approval. Commissioner Rick Metts delivered the Personnel and TRC reports, while Riccardo Buzzanga presented on Property Management and Land Acquisition. Cheryl Holbert reported on Public Outreach. Eileen Chabot delivered the State Compliance report, and Robert Spoerl provided the Land Maintenance report. Val Connolly reported on Reporting Compliance and the Net Zero Task Force. New business included a presentation by Barbara Richter from the N.H. Association of Conservation Commissions & UNH Extension Coop., and Jay Hildreth presented the Broadview Farm Annex and gave the Community Garden update. The Commission will hold its next meeting on March 2, 2026, and may convene a Nonpublic Meeting in compliance with RSA 91 A:3. Further, compliance with RSA 91 A:3, Section I, the Conservation Commission may recess a Public Meeting for a period of time in order to excuse itself for the purpose of discussing matter not subject to the definition of the meeting.
