The Board accepted four resignations presented by Superintendent J. Rathbun: Alyssa Collyer, Kegan Donohue, Lindsey Charron, and Lauren Simmons.Following the personnel discussions, K. Noonan moved to leave the non-public session. The motion was seconded by R. Vogt and passed with a vote of 10.563 in favor, 0 opposed, 0 abstentions, and 2.437 excused. Diven. Absent: Gina Carraro, Betty Tatro and Unassigned from Fitzwilliam.
Administration Present: J. Rathbun, Superintendent and L. Spencer, Assistant
Superintendent.
8:30 PM Non-Public Session RSA 91-A:3 II ( c ) Matters which, if discussed in public,
would likely adversely affect the reputation of any person, other than a member of the
public body itself, unless such person requests an open meeting.
Issue #1: Resignations: J. Rathbun informed the Board of the following resignations: Alyssa
Collyer, Kegan Donohue, Lindsey Charron and Lauren Simmons.
